  I never even got a chance to meet Dr. Dong.
  I originally had an appointment made for the same time as my daughter and fiancé, but received a call to change it because they were short-staffed that day. I asked if all three of us needed to reschedule and was told no, just me. I made the new appointment for 8:30am and notified my employer, as well as making special arrangements to have someone else bring my daughter to school.
  The day of the new appointment was snowy so traffic was moving a lot slower on the one-lane road of my route, making me almost 10 minutes late. The woman at the counter attempted to look me up but couldn't find me and asked if I had gotten a confirmation call, which I had not. She told me to step aside and wait for her to look further.
  It was almost 8:50am when she called me back over and said she found me, but the appointment got dumped due to being late. I mentioned having only been 10 minutes late when I first arrived, and thinking there was a 15-minute window before one's appointment got cancelled. She just ignored that and started talking about them running my insurance and it showing up as inactive. I told her that the appointment was made in 2017 and my employer had changed providers for 2018 but I didn't have my new card on me. She said that you need active coverage to "make" an appointment as if that meant I never should have been scheduled. I offered to call my employer for the plan info and she said that they couldn't get me in that day anyway.
  I left with no check-up and will definitely NOT be returning.
  THEY rescheduled me to a day with snow so I couldn't help being a little late, and no one mentioned any insurance issues during that phone call.
  No one called to confirm the appointment, which was ANOTHER missed opportunity to mention the insurance.
  And how could I have been bumped for being late if I was already missing from the schedule only TEN MINUTES past??
  Obviously the office is poorly run.
  Huge waste of time and special arrangements.

  Dr. Dong and her crew are fast, professional, and friendly. I’m always seen on time and they are done when they say they will be. Appointments are flexible and easy to schedule and they can usually get you in within a day or two. Very stress free.
